Shaunak Sen's 'All That Breathes' won The Golden Eye Award for Best Documentary at the 75th Cannes Film Festival.
India's glory remained in the 75th Cannes Film Festival. During this, filmmaker Shaunak Sen's documentary 'All That Breathes' has been awarded the L'il D'or Award for Best Documentary. This 90-minute documentary was well-liked in Cannes. The special thing is that india has been winning the award in this category two consecutive times. L'OEil Award, also known as the Golden Eye Award.
Shaunak Sen, an alumnus of Jamia Millia Islamia and jawaharlal nehru University, received a cash prize of 5,000 Euro (approximately Rs 4.16 lakh) in this award. The film also won the World cinema Documentary Grand Jury Award on january 28 this year. This 90-minute long documentary will be available on HBO and HBO Max in 2023 after its release in US cinemas.
