Megastar chiranjeevi said it was "very bad and Humiliating" for him as an actor in telugu cinema. For a long time, indian cinema was considered to be hindi language cinema. He also said that he is now proud that the films bahubali and rrr have been successful all over India. Last month, several leaders, including tamil Nadu chief minister MK Stalin, kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, and telangana minister KT Rama Rao, protested against home minister amit Shah's suggestion that 'India should campaign across the country about the  Hindi language'. They emphadata-sized that unity in diversity is India's strength.
Recently, kannada actor sudeep pointed out that hindi is not our national language. Protesting, hindi actor ajay Devgan questioned why films in South indian languages are being translated from Hindi.
The debate caused a great deal of controversy across the country. In this context, this emotional talk from chiranjeevi has come out after a heated exchange of views on the hindi language between bollywood actor ajay Devgan and kannada actor sudeep Sanjeev.
Megastar chiranjeevi said that in 1988, he made a film called Rudraveena with Nagababu. It won the nargis Dutt Award for Best Film on National Unity. They went to delhi to get the award. The award ceremony was in the evening. Before that, they were having tea in the hall. The walls around them were adorned with posters expressing the grandeur of indian cinema. The photos of hindi actors amitabh bachchan, Rajesh Khanna, Dharmendra, prithviraj Kapoor, raj Kapoor, dilip Kumar, Dev Anand, and many more were beautiful.


They thought that so much detail about South indian cinema would also be displayed on the walls. But only still film like mgr and jayalalithaa dancing was shown. Along with it were pictures of malayalam actor prem Nazir. That's all. This is what was described as South indian cinema. Dr. Rajkumar, Vishnuvardhan, N. D. Rama Rao, A. Nageshwara Rao, and shivaji Ganesan were South indian angels. But, none of their pictures are there. For him, it was a shame. megastar felt so sad.
They only projected hindi cinema as indian cinema. And other professions were set aside as regional language cinema. They do not even bother to acknowledge its contribution. But now films like bahubali 1, bahubali 2, and rrr have made telugu cinema proud. Many years later, today he feels so proud that he can tap his chest. South indian department proved that they are no longer a regional cinema. The telugu film industry has become a part of indian cinema by removing these barriers. Everyone is amazed at their success. they have overcome discrimination.
