Shamita Shetty had attended karan Johar's bigg boss OTT house amid the raj Kundra incident before joining salman Khan's bigg boss 15. In a new conversation, the actress discussed her decision to take part in the OTT show at the time. "So bigg boss was presented to me previously, and I had the option of returning, you know, violating a contract, or just sticking to it."
"I decided to stand by it because, at the time, my family thought it would be better if I was chained away inside because I was constantly bullied for no reason," Shamita explains. "I had nothing to with the occurrence," she continues, "which was really unfair." So I decided to go ahead and enter. I also didn't want to disregard the job that was flowing my way and I hoped to create that money at a time when you know folks are sitting on the couch with no employment because of Covid. That's why I decided to enter."
Shamita, on the other hand, expresses regret for not being available to be with her sibling shilpa shilpa Kundra through her difficult period. "I'm sorry I couldn't be there for shilpa during this difficult moment. I wish I could have been there with her because I recalled being quite concerned about her when I was in the OTT show and not knowing what was going on. Because we are so close, I wanted to know what was going on. But we've always come out stronger on the other side of every stumbling block, and she's done the same. As a result, I am proud of her," she says.
