The film is a sequel to the 2017 film murder on the Orient Express and is based on Agatha Christie's novel of the same name. Ali, who will be seen in a major part of the film, is glad for the opportunities to learn and grow on set. In a gratitude message to his Death On The nile co-star Gal Gadot and crewmates, the actor said as much.
