Many tollywood celebrities live in Jubilee Hills. It is reported that mahesh babu also bought a plot there.


Actors who take crores of rupees for a single film are buying assets that are less than their earnings. Meanwhile, pawan kalyan bought a house in Jubilee Hills. 


Now a website providing real estate details has published that mahesh babu has also bought a plot in the same area. 


According to the website, the house bought by mahesh babu cost Rs 26 crore. The plot is about 1442 yards. He bought it from a man named Vikrant Reddy.

Crore forty-three lakh rupees were paid under stamp duty. The website also reported that another Rs 39 lakh was paid under transfer duty. 


Most of the tollywood heroes are interested in putting their earnings into real estate. This year junior NTR, allu arjun bought places in the suburbs. Others built farmhouses. 

There are places for many celebrities on the outskirts of the city. Gajam land in jubilee hills has priced between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 2 lakh. It seems that the mahesh babu plot was registered on november 17.


Mahesh Babu is currently starring in the movie 'Sarkaru Vari Pata'. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of this movie directed by Parashuram. 


The film is said to be about fraud in the banking sector. The movie has been in the wallpaper ring till now. The makers have announced that it will be released on january 13th. It was later postponed to release during the summer holidays.
