T.Rajendhar files case against 'Maanaadu' producer

After a very long gap, simbu acted in the movie 'Maanaadu' which was a massive success. The film was directed by venkat prabhu and suresh Kamatchi had produced the film. 'Maanaadu' is a time loop-based thriller where Yuvan Shanker raja scored the music of it with richard M Nathan doing its cinematography. SJ Suryaah was applauded by Superstar Rajinikanth for his fabulous performance. The movie suffered many production woes due to the pandemic and also Simbu's weight loss. suresh Kamatchi had said in his interviews he had faced unbearable loss before the movie release.

               T.Rajendhar in the sudden twist of events had sent the legal notice to the producer suresh Kmatchi and the financier Uttam Chand due to the sale of satellite rights of 'Maanaadu'. It was said that day before the release of the film, Uttam Chand had procured a signature from the Director-actor TR for the unsold satellite rights.

A condition was made that if the film was sold for a lesser amount, TR had to bear to it. Only after this, the film was made to release. Currently, TR had sent a legal notice to suresh and Uttam Chand was attempting to sell the satellite rights without his knowledge for a huge amount.
