Vikram and Trisha completes Historical Movie!
Ponniyin Selvan is Mani Ratnam's big endeavor and after a long hiatus, he finally put together a large ensemble cast, which included aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Vikram, ravi, Karthi, Rahman, Prakash Raj, and Keerthy, among others, after several failed attempts. Ponniyin Selvan's first installment will be released in theatres in 2022 and the next part will be releasing in 2024 mostly.
Mani Ratnam, Elango Kumaravel, and B Jeyamohan wrote the screenplay for ponniyin selvan and the technical team includes composer AR Rahman, editor Sreekar Prasad, and cinematographer ravi Varman and the trio have already delivered several blockbusters together and now the same is expected once again in ponniyin selvan too.
Now, after jayam ravi, vikram has wrapped filming for ponniyin selvan and he has shot for both parts and the news was confirmed by Yuvaraj who is Vikram's manager and he announced on social media that vikram is playing Aditya Karikalan in the historical drama and with this, the entire shooting procedures for vikram gets over and he will be dubbing for the movie in all the languages himself and it will happen only by next month at a private studio in Chennai.
