Meera Mithun remanded in Judicial custody until 27th!
Saidapet court has remanded actress meera Mithun in custody till august 27 on various charges. A few days back, meera Mithun posted a video on her social media, and in that video, she lashed out low caste people and made derogatory remarks on them and she also asked them to stay away from the film industry as they are completely ruining it.
On august 7th, a complaint was lodged at the chennai police Commissioner's office seeking action against meera Mithun. Based on the complaint, an FIR was filed against meera Mithun under seven sections and the Cyber Crime police summoned meera Mithun to appear before the Commissioner of police on august 12th for further investigation.
But, meera Mithun clearly ignored and she also fled away to Kerala. The Cyber Crime Officials easily tracked her whereabouts through her mobile phone IMEI and found out she was in kerala and they arrested her red-handed at a resort and she was brought to chennai immediately. The Metropolitan criminal court in Saidapet today ordered that meera Mithun will be remanded in custody till august 27th in this case. meera Mithun before going behind the bars was shouting against tamil Nadu police that she was tormented and beaten by them.
