Veteran actor Nandamuri balakrishna questions movie Artists Associations ahead of the elections that is set to be held in september.

In an interview, he said “I have a few questions and concerns regarding MAA. What has stopped them from collecting funds and build an office for the building? The members even traveled to united states from the said funds. Why is no one questioning them? The have close contact with the government yet they can’t get a piece of land for building an office. As long as the office involves in cheap politics, I have no interest in supporting it.”

He said he would support manchu vishnu financially should he win the elections and take up the construction of the office seriously. He adds “Vishnu promised to use the money for office building. Our family has always aided artists, so I will contribute too. people in the association use derogatory language which I will never do or stoop so low. Being a part of a public industry that entertains people, we must look to resolve any issue within ourselves”.

In the upcoming elections, Prakash Raj, Manchu Vishnu, hema and jeevitha Rajashekar are contesting for the presidential position.
