Kathir joins Ishq remake
Young hero Kathir has been a part of several unique movies such as Madha Yaanai Koottam, Kirumi, vikram Vedha, and went on to play the titular role in the hard-hitting, critically acclaimed blockbuster movie Pariyerum Perumal helmed by Mari Selvaraj and bankrolled by Pa Ranjith.
He was seen in a dummy role as Vijay's friend in atlee directorial Bigil and later was again seen in the sports horror movie Jada, following which Kathir has been signed to act in the tamil remake of 2019 malayalam superhit Ishq which is getting ready for release.
Directed by Anuraj Manohar, Ishq featured Shane Nigam and Kalidas fame mallu babe Ann sheetal in lead roles and this tamil version will be helmed by Shiv Mohaa who had debuted with the movie zero starring kakumanu -Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>ashwin kakumanu and Sshivada. aishwarya rajesh and Kathir are set to pair in the next project of the blockbuster couple Pushkar - Gayatri. Pushkar - gayatri had last delivered the massive blockbuster vikram Vedha starring madhavan and vijay Sethupathi. The movie will go on floors once the Corona pandemic fades out.
