Director Shankar appreciates this small budget flick
The anthology flick Sillukaruppatti with love as its crux was released before lockdown and this movie happens to be the second directorial of Halitha Shameem who had debuted in 2014 with the critically acclaimed Poovarasam Peepee and now this movie has received an overwhelming positive response.
Sillukaruppatti features samuthirakani, Sunainaa, Manikandan, Niveditthha Sathish, Leela Samson, Sreeram, sara, and rahul and features music scored by pradeep Kumar. The movie had its release done by actor Suriya's 2D Entertainment and Sakthi Film factory.

The director revealed that his favorite scene in his career is the goosebumps interview sequence in Mudhalvan where tv reporter arjun counters evil chief minister Raghuvaran.
