Actress Keerthy suresh was awarded the silver lotus national award for her performance in tollywood cult classic mahanati, and she got awarded by the vice president of india venkaiah naidu this monday, at 66th National Awards presentation ceremony in Delhi.
mahanati happened to be the biopic of legendary yesteryear actress savithri, and the movie directed by nag ashwin won accolades for Keerthy Suresh's performance and went on to win Best telugu film and costume design national awards as well.
Recently, Keerthy posted a heartwarming message "I can’t possibly put my feelings into words but I’m going to try . This was not just a dream but a goal that kept me going .
