Darbar to premiere on April 14 in Sun TV
Superstar rajinikanth who was last seen in petta is all set to come on screens with his 167th movie darbar helmed by plagiarism specialist AR murugadoss, and the movie bankrolled by lyca productions got released worldwide on january 9, 2020, a week ahead of pongal festival.
Recently an official announcement came that popular corporate production house reliance Entertainment will be the banner releasing darbar in North in all its versions - tamil, telugu, and Hindi. Now, the satellite rights are with sun tv and they have decided to air the movie on tamil New Year. The movie will be premiering in 5 different languages.
Darbar featured rajinikanth as a commissioner of police in mumbai in a character named Aaditya Arunasalam and also stars Lady superstar Nayanthara, nivetha thomas, yogi Babu, suniel shetty, prateik babbar and has music scored by anirudh and santhosh Sivan's cinematography.
