UPI transaction limit of popular apps including google pay, PhonePe, amazon Pay, and paytm has been released. Unified Payments Interdata-face (UPI) is now more popular than ever in India. Did you know that there is a limit to the amount you can transact through UPI in a day? Find out about it.
According to NPCI, paytm in a day spent Rs. Allows payment up to 1 lakh only. Apart from that, paytm has no restrictions when it comes to UPI payments. google pay or GPay users cannot send more than Rs 1 lakh via UPI in a single day. Apart from this, the app does not allow users to make more than 10 transactions in a day. This means you can spend Rs. 1 lakh or up to 10 transactions of various amounts in a single transaction.
Amazon Pay allows payments up to Rs 1 lakh via UPI. The app allows 20 transactions in a day and new users can only transact up to Rs.5,000 in the first 24 hours. PhonePe has google Pay-like transaction limits of Rs. The app has a payment limit of 1 lakh but no limit of 10 transactions in a day. It also has no hourly limit.
