PhonePe, paytm charges more..!? people in Shock..!?
Users are lamenting on their social networking site that PhonePe and paytm are charging extra for mobile phone recharge. The practice of recharging through UPI processors in india has been on the rise for the past few years. Many people are recharging their mobiles, especially through PhonePe and Paytm. PhonePe is said to have been gradually charging these apps abruptly while charging at least one rupee on paytm apps if initially recharged to the phone.
This results in the public spending more than the recharge amount. The public is dissatisfied with the news that PhonePe and paytm have been charging higher fees since last year, following a further increase in fees since last March. Users have been commenting that both PhonePe and paytm have subsequently increased recharge fees.
It is also an attempt to increase the company's revenue. But even if PhonePe recharges for 50 rupees, the public will be dissatisfied with the charge of one to six rupees and have started avoiding that app for recharging.
To solve these problems people can only use the app of the company concerned if they need to recharge the SIM card of any telecommunication company they use. It is important to note that there is no extra charge.
For example, companies like Airtel, vodafone Idea, and jio have an app for recharging, so you can recharge at no extra charge by logging in and recharging the relevant app.
The only downside is using a third-party app. As well as mobile recharge on apps like GooglePay and AmazonPay, the public can recharge using such apps as these companies do not charge extra.
