How Long a Good Séx Should Last for a healthy Relationship?

The degree to which this fluctuates is contingent upon the participant's age and available time and energy. "Too short" was defined as 1-2 minutes, "adequate" as 3-7 minutes, "desirable" as 7-13 minutes, and "too long" as around 30 minutes, according to a 2008 poll of sex therapists. These numbers were for intercourse, not for foreplay, fooling around, kissing, or anything else

The perfect amount of time that most people would want to spend between the sheets was determined by a poll performed by the online sex toy store Lovehoney.

The ideal duration was determined to be 30 minutes after the average of the data was calculated.

The 4,400 respondents to the poll said that while 52% of couples are OK with that amount of time, 15% of men and 23% of women feel that sex ends too fast.

Additionally, it revealed that 21% of the time, people neglect to schedule a good, personal session, opting instead for quickies.

Most couples' sex sessions endure about nine minutes of intercourse and 10 minutes of foreplay, totaling approximately nineteen minutes.

For other couples, however, the ideal 30-minute period may be a cause of aggravation.

Men orgasm far more quickly than women, according to study done last year by sex experts Masters and Johnson.

Even still, according to the Lovehoney survey, over 90% of couples have had a shared orgasm at some time during their relationship.
