The bank has informed its crores of customers through email and message that many services of the bank will be closed for several hours on saturday, July 13, 2024. hdfc bank is going to upgrade its system. Due to this, customers may have to data-face trouble for 13 hours. The bank has informed its customers that they should do all their work in advance so that they do not have to data-face trouble later.

Customers will not get these services on July 13

HDFC bank has shared information about this on its official X handle and told that the work of upgrading the system will be done from 3 am to 4.30 pm on July 13. The bank has also told the customers through email that the second saturday of July has been chosen so that the customers do not have to data-face much trouble. It is a holiday. In such a situation, customers' daily work will be less affected. The bank is upgrading its system to provide better online facilities to the customers and to manage more traffic.

Customers will not get these services for 13 hours

Customers will not get UPI service between 3 am to 3.45 pm on July 13. customers will not be able to use UPI service from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm. Customers will be able to use the bank's ATM and debit card from 3 am to 3.45 pm and from 9.30 am to 12.45 pm with some limits. Apart from this, net banking and mobile banking services will remain partially operational for 13 hours. Also, services related to bank account, depositing money in bank account, fundtransfer such as IMPS, NEFT, RTGS will also remain closed. Apart from this, services like downloading bank passbook and opening account immediately will also be disrupted.

These services will not be affected

According to the information given by the bank, hdfc bank customers will be able to use their credit card services without any interruption. The system upgrade will not affect this. services like online transactions, PoS transactions, balance inquiry and PIN change will also continue.
