After hearing all this, the bombay high court has recently issued a key judgment.It is not correct to compare tire burst with an act of God.. it is supposed to be human error. As part of this, the victim's family will have to pay a compensation of Rs.1.25 crore. The verdict of the high court which said that incidents like tire bursts cannot be avoided in the name of God.. It must be said that it will benefit many people in the coming days.
