The evening snack can include roasted makhana or Greek yogurt. You can also take green tea with mix nuts.

Dinner

In dinner, chicken curry and cucumber can be included and you can have low carbine bread with carrot salad. Along with this, it will be beneficial to eat mixed vegetable soup, cheese tikka or chicken tikka with green salad.
