Under this rule, there will be a complete ban on the sale of single-use plastic from July 1. If anyone does this or is found using plastic, then strict action will be taken against him.


What is single-use plastic?

Single-use plastic is such a plastic that can be used only once. They cannot be easily destroyed. This increases pollution because it cannot be recycled nor can it be burnt. Due to this, toxic chemicals are included in the environment which proves to be harmful to both humans and animals.

The CPCB has also released a list of single-use plastics going to be banned from July 1. The good thing is that alternatives to all these plastic products are also being prepared. 200 companies are making such ultra-native products.
