However it improved somewhat in July.

According to the latest report, people in hyderabad spend one-third of their annual highs under PM 2.5. air pollution in the city has been very low. pollution levels are moderate throughout the rest of the year.

Hyderabad City has registered better air quality in PM 2.5 between 2017-2020. pollution is low due to plant breeding and enforcement of strict automobile regulations. But from 2021 it started to grow again.

'' Small pollutants (PM 2.5) are extremely dangerous to human health. The nose, however, can filter out most of the contaminants. But the most delicate, ultra-fine cells go directly into the lungs. They are deposited there. Otherwise, it may go directly into the bloodstream, '' the report warns.

The report said that most cities in the world, including hyderabad, have failed to meet WHO air quality standards. It warns that air pollution is currently the second largest risk factor for disease.
