World cancer Day: This one thing will save cancer survivors..!

February 4th is World cancer Day. This is because only those who are properly aware of cancer can protect themselves from cancer. We are about to do the same today. Globally, 4 million people die of cancer each year. Apart from these, statistics show that more than one million people in india alone are affected by cancer. Doctors say that cancer is caused by the uncontrolled, excessive division of cells in the body. It invades nearby tissues and destroys tissues.

In india, 23 percent of the population suffers from cancer due to bad habits such as smoking and alcohol consumption, 8 percent from inherited genetic factors, and 70 percent from non-mdata-alignant diets. The factors are called carcinogens. Excessive smoking, such as betel nut and tobacco chewing, can cause lung, throat, throat, and laryngeal cancers due to physical causes.Pollution from throwing caffeine, coal, oil, etc., pesticides, nickel, dyes, synthetic sweeteners are all chemical agents that can cause cancer. Radiation such as X-rays, gamma rays, and UV rays can damage dna and cause cancer. The biological factors that cause cancer are viruses called oncogenic viruses.

Leukemia, breast cancer, cervical cancer, lung cancer, etc. are the only cancers that we know in general because there are many. But doctors say there are 400 other types. They are classified according to the type of cells in which they are formed. For example, carcinoma is a cancer of the skin, lungs, or stomach. About 85% of cancers are of this type.

Breast cancer and cervical cancer are the most common ones. Research shows that one in 28 women in india is at risk of developing breast cancer. Doctors also suggest that breast cancer is more likely to affect unmarried people and married women with cervical cancer. Doctors say women should get tested for such cancers at three-month intervals. Doctors complain that some women are reluctant to get tested and that this increases their medical risk and puts their lives at risk. Everyone over the age of 40 must have a cancer test. Doctors also say that women over the age of 35 need to be screened for cancer.

Let us love without hating those who have cancer. Because we need to realize that disease is in the body, not in the mind. A cancer patient needs the warmth and mental strength of those around him as much as medical treatment is important. The habit of making it happen to them is something we all have.
