Intermittent fasting is nothing but eating for particular hours and fasting for the rest of the hours in a day. IF is an effective way to lose weight and we can see incredible changes in our bodies. The most important way of IF is the timing that we fast and making it a lifestyle changes. The main idea of IF is to make the insulin levels go long enough such that to break the fat stored in our body.


IF is one of the effective and sustainable ways when it is combined with a balanced mix of fruits and vegetables. Normal fasting helps us in reducing the risk of diabetes, helps in digesting our food easily, and decreases the risk of cancer and various other diseases. One of the best and effective ways of IF is to stick to 8 to 10 hours of eating in a day and the rest of the hours for fasting. 


It is also better to follow an eating pattern that is easy and sustainable for them. During the eating window i.e. during the day, try to avoid snacks and sedentary type of work. At first, try to follow a simple form of Intermittent fasting and follow a sustainable diet to stay healthy and active always.
