A 50-year-old intoxicated man has been captured for assaulting and harming the showcase screens of six ATMs in Thiruvallur locale's Thiruninravur.
Sheshadri, hailing from Thiruninravur, lives in a leased house at Prakash Nagar. On september 21, the man strolled into the Thiruninravur police headquarters with a sledge during the early hours and gave up, saying he had assaulted the showcase screens of six ATMs since he couldn't pull out cash from his 'no cash' ATM card.

Maddened, he harmed the presentation screens of three ATMs of sbi bank, one ATM that has a place with Canara bank, one ATM from Axis bank and one from Union bank situated on CTH Road and Prakash nagar Main Road. The police said that he had brought the mallet from his home after the fight trying to break the ATM.
