What happened in conflict over Babri and ram Janmabhoomi?

The Babri-Ram Janmabhoomi case was set to be heard by the supreme court on a daily basis in 2018. The Hindu and Muslim sides presented ferocious arguments to the five-judge constitutional bench. This hearing went on without interruption for forty days. The supreme court then rendered its decision. Ramlala's ownership of the contested location was recognized by the supreme Court. But the court also ordered the Center to provide the Muslim side 5 acres of land in ayodhya so they may build a mosque there.

In its ruling, the court stated that it was impossible to establish that any temple was destroyed in order to build the Babri Masjid. Thus, it was incorrect to demolish the mosque. The Muslim side was unable to establish its ownership rights over the contested site, the court stated in its ruling. Following the court's ruling, the Center created the ram mandir Trust. This trust is completing the construction of the ayodhya ram temple.

Everyone charged with the Babri destruction was found not guilty.

A special cbi court cleared 32 defendants in the Babri demolition case one year after the supreme Court's decision in the land dispute case. The list of these accused included names like as Lal krishna Advani, Vinay Katiyar, Uma Bharti, murali Manohar Joshi, kalyan Singh, and Champat Rai. The judge of the cbi court stated during the verdict that the occurrence happened unexpectedly and that the building was not destroyed as part of a plot. The CBI's evidence was deemed insufficient by the court. It's interesting that the cbi chose not to appeal this ruling any further.
