Palkhivala's solutions to resolve ram Mandir-Babri conflict...

Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, recently questioned whether sick people would visit the hospital or the ram temple in the wake of the temple's dedication. Tejashwi received harsh criticism and reprimands for this statement. This was not the first time that a person had declared that a hospital would take precedence over a temple. Renowned attorney nani Palkhivala initially pushed for the construction of a school and hospital in instead of a temple-mosque in the 1990s.

When the ayodhya case made it all the way to the supreme court in 1993, renowned attorney nani Palkhivala became involved. The central government requested recommendations from the supreme court regarding Janmabhoomi under Article 143 following the demolition of Babri. Palkhivala has vocally disagreed with this Center action. According to Palkhivala, the court would never be able to fairly decide this matter. He ought to keep his distance from this controversy in such a circumstance.

Three proposals put out by Palkhivala for resolving the ram Mandir-Babri conflict are still hotly debated today. Palkhivala has dubbed the decade spanning from 1990 to 2000 AD the 'Ayodhya year'. Palkhivala claims that over these ten years, ayodhya alone was the beneficiary of the power transfer. Regardless of whose administration it was, everyone relished the satisfaction of having ayodhya at the center of power.
