Fry Paneer:
Lightly fry paneer cubes in ghee or oil until golden. Set apart.
Cook spices:
Warm ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and entire spices. SautƩ till aromatic.
SautƩ vegetables.
Add sliced onions and inexperienced chilies. SautƩ till golden. Upload ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Upload vegetables & rice:
