Lemon juice

Do not eat turmeric products

Tea contains caffeine which gives energy but turmeric is warming. If we eat food with turmeric along with tea, the body will become more hot. Therefore, never eat food containing turmeric with tea.

The gram flour present in pakoras prevents the nutrients from being absorbed into the body. This can cause problems like stomach ache, and constipation. Therefore one should avoid eating pakodas with tea.

Don't eat dry fruits

Nuts like walnuts, almonds, cashews, etc. are very nutritious but it is not good to eat them with tea. dry fruits contain a high amount of iron which does not match with the elements found in tea. This reduces the benefits of both.
