Experts say dirty and unsanitary food is the biggest cause of diarrhea and intestinal infections. That is why food should not be eaten with dirty hands. Even if you eat bad food, there is a risk of stomach-related diseases.
Can prevent eye infections:
Eye contact with contaminated hands is the main cause of eye infections. This causes problems like eye irritation and eye redness. So keep this in mind before touching the eyes. If there is severe itching or any dust gets in the eyes, wipe it using a soft cloth.
Wash your hands immediately after coughing or sneezing. If this is not done, these problems will spread to others. Because shaking hands with others after you sneeze increases the chance of spreading bacteria and viruses from your hands to other people's hands.
