Don't mix this two together, danger of milk tea mixed with jaggery?
Jaggery is indeed better than white sugar. But it is not good to add jaggery instead of sugar in tea made with milk. Eating both together is harmful to the body. In Ayurveda, both are placed in the bad food additive category.
Disadvantages of jaggery Tea
Jaggery is considered a treasure trove of medicinal properties in Ayurveda. But when mixed with milk all its qualities change. It weakens digestion. It can cause stomach problems like indigestion, gas, and acidity. Although jaggery contains vitamins, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and potassium, it should not be mixed with tea. 
Instead of sugar in tea, you can use rock sugar or palm sugar. As Panakarkandu(palm sugar) is also cooling like milk, the mixture of both is beneficial for the body.
Benefits of Jaggery
People with blood sugar problems should not eat jaggery. But people with bp problems should eat jaggery. jaggery increases your hemoglobin levels. At the same time, jaggery can be consumed with water on an empty stomach to strengthen the metabolic rate. If you suffer from constipation, eating jaggery with water on an empty stomach in the morning is beneficial. It works to detoxify the body.
