Of them LDL is bad cholesterol, which should be low, HDL is good cholesterol but it is less in our body. Moreover VLDL is also bad cholesterol and it is in dominating state of mind.

Fat plays an important role in maintaining healthy hair and skin and it also maintains healthy blood pressure and promotes cell function. Meanwhile studies have discovered that replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in our daily diet reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Your body changes when we age your body weight loses or gains accordingly. If women lose weight after her menopausal stage normally fats are deposited in their belly. Cycling is the best exercise to reduce the belly fat. Do cycling every day morning and night time before going to bed. Refined sugars, oily items, sugary drinks, desserts and sweetened drinks increases the inflammation in our body and on the other hand eating lots of fruits and vegetables increases anti inflammation in our body.
