- A Graduate degree (minimum 3‑year full‑time) with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institute.
- Post‑Graduation such as MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS with specialization in Finance / international Business / Foreign Trade (minimum 2‑year full‑time with 60% marks)
OR - Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership is also eligible.
- Final‑year candidates awaiting results may be eligible, subject to conditions.
- Generally 21 to 28 years (relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per government norms).
- Degrees must be full‑time regular courses. Distance, part‑time, or correspondence qualifications are usually not eligible.
- Selected candidates will undergo one‑year Management Trainee training and receive a stipend of around ₹65,000 per month.
- After successful training completion, trainees are absorbed as Deputy Manager (JM‑I) with a consolidated pay scale (approximately ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 plus allowances).
