Why Byju's Employee Shares Tearful Video ??

An employee of BYJU posted an emotional video on LinkedIn, claiming that the tech giant has been pressuring her to leave. They threatened to stop paying her salary after august 1 if she didn't. She is currently supposedly targeted for termination. The woman is an academic expert known as Akansha Khemka. She claimed that because Byjus has not paid all of her debts, she is the only provider for the family and will be forced to commit suicide.

Akansha made the assertion that she wants support from the government when posting the video on LinkedIn. "I require your aid and righteousness in this essential scenario. Please assist me. I will have to take my own life if there is no other option following this post. There is no other choice since, if I choose an involuntary departure, I would not receive my income on august 1st," she stated.

In the video, she asserted that her manager informed her during the termination meeting that she was being let go due to her behaviour and performance. Akansha claimed that when she went to the HR, they informed her that this wasn't the reason why she was being fired. The woman may be seen confessing all of these things in a video that has leaked on LinkedIn. Take a look at this for yourself:

I abruptly learned during a meeting that I had to quit the firm by July 28 so as to get my paycheck on august 1. They'll require another 30-35 days. She asks in the video, "If they don't release my income on the first, how will we survive? I'm the only earner in the family, my husband is sick, and I have loans to pay back. She continues, Byju's had also promised variable pay, and I got loans for my family in accordance, but the company never paid up, and now the vendors are following me. What should I do? What shall I eat?
