In the era of Covid-19, many companies have made work from home a permanent option because of the safety of their employees. This saves their pocket money as well as the time of commuting to the office. To say, work from home has many advantages but at the same time it also has some disadvantages.


In work from home, most people sit in one place for several hours and do office work. Maybe you do the same and it makes you feel more comfortable but in reality it is not so. You must have noticed that due to work pressure, you spend hours sitting in one place. During this, you also eat food on the bed itself. It is inevitable to gain weight by eating sitting in one place. Due to decreasing physical activities, the risk of increasing obesity is increasing every day. Obesity is a condition in which body fat increases more than necessary. This increases health-related problems like diabetes, strokes, heart attacks and cancer.


According to experts, to stop the increasing weight, despite your busy schedule, you should take time for daily exercise. Try to consume more fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. Take care of good sleep, sleeping less also increases the risk of obesity.
