National Tourism Day: history and its Importance..!

Every year, january 25th will be observed as National Tourism Day. This day explains the importance of tourism which has a positive impact on the economy of the country due to the diversity in India. However, this is why it is called Tourism Day.
Tourism is a huge sector that is responsible for the travel of citizens inside and outside the country. It includes such as guiding tourists coming to our own country from other countries.
It is not known exactly from which year this day has been celebrated. However, in the year 1948, the Tourism Board was set up to promote tourism. National Tourism Day is celebrated in india to create awareness about the importance of tourism around the world.

Due to the coronavirus, the tourism industry was severely affected during the lockdown. So from january 21st to february 22nd this year, the Ministry of Tourism is organizing seminars on this theme. In addition, they have stated that they want to express the diverse culture of India. Each year the theme will be different.
Tourism supports more jobs in the world. This is about 99% of global employment. The best tourist destinations in the world are Italy, France, china and the USA. Of all the tourist destinations in the world, tourists spend most of their time in Dubai. The Fastest-growing destination is in Osaka in japan in the world.
