NHRC foundation day: A pillar for Justice!

On october 12, 1993, India's National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) was formed. There have been numerous occasions where the Commission has acted to protect citizens' human rights. The Commission is in charge of raising public awareness of human rights and supporting all stakeholders' activities in the field of human rights literacy, not only at the national but also at the international level. The NHRC of india is seen across the globe as a role model for promoting and monitoring the efficient implementation of human rights promotion and protection.

Prime minister Narendra Modi will deliver a speech to the nation on the National Human Rights Commission's establishment day (NHRC). The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) announced on tuesday that Modi will address the meeting via video conference. At 11 a.m., the event will begin. At 11 a.m. on tuesday, the prime minister will speak at the NHRC's 28th Foundation Day festivities. He stated that the National Human Rights Commission plays a critical role in safeguarding grassroots rights.




The Commission remained the cornerstone in investigating and reporting on any breaches of human rights. The Commission advises that the government investigate incidents of human rights abuses, compensate victims, and prosecute wrongdoers. They are one of the primary reasons why the government have reduced crime against the general population.
