Hyderabadi Biriyani hits different at restaurants than a takeaway, learn why?
People associate the common and nutritious dinner with delicious chunks of meat or vegetables with a lot of memories. The famous biryani enjoyed over pleasant discussions is likely to evoke some memories. It's no coincidence that during the epidemic, lockdown, and also in the new normal, biryani was the most popular dish.
Apart from customers, hotel owners claim that it is regular customers who have returned for a piece of their food. “Whether pre- or post-pandemic, biryani fans will want to visit the eatery. Footfall at most joints appears to have returned to normal, based on what I've seen thus far. There is, in reality, a wait for tables. Biryani, for example, must always be had at a restaurant. When you order it online as a takeout, I feel half of the flavour is lost,” says ravikanth Reddy, a food aficionado and member of a well-known culinary organisation in the city.
