Munna Lal, a native of Jailiya village in Farrukhabad's Kayamganj police station area, had planned for his middle son Vinod to marry Lalita of Ajmapur village. Everything was running smoothly.
The procession reached Lalita's door, the procession also danced fiercely but as soon as the bride reached the stage for Jaimala, she refused to marry. Lalita took Jaymala and turned her feet and went back to her house. When people asked her the reason for doing this, Lalita said, 'The boy is very dark, I cannot marry him.'
