· Fresh cream / whipping cream – 1 cup

· Powdered sugar – 2–3 tbsp

· Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

· Fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mango)

· chocolate shavings or sprinkles

Step-by-Step Preparation

1. Preheat and Prepare Pan

· Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

· Grease a round or square cake pan with butter and lightly dust with flour.

2. Prepare Cake Batter

· Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and light.

· Add vanilla essence and mix.

· Sift flour and baking powder, then fold gently into the mixture.

· Add milk and melted butter/oil, and mix until smooth.

3. Bake the Cake

· Pour batter into the prepared pan.

· Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

· Let the cake cool completely before frosting.

4. Prepare Cream Frosting

· Whip fresh cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.

· Chill the cake for 1–2 hours for best results.
