However, we bring Gulab jam powder from outside for making Gulab jam. But did you know that Gulab jam can be made with wheat flour that is available at home instead of with flour found outside? 



Gulab jam made with wheat flour is very tasty. How much do your kids love to eat these?

Ingredients: One cup of wheat flour, two tablespoons of milk powder, one tablespoon of baking soda, ghee, one cup of sugar, milk, half Spoon cardamom powder, oil suitable for frying.


Preparation: First put a pan on the stove and heat it with two tablespoons of ghee. Then add a cup of wheat flour and fry. Add ghee and fry till the wheat flour smells good. Put the tried wheat flour on a plate and let it cool.



Once the wheat flour has cooled, add two tablespoons of milk powder, one tablespoon of baking soda and two tablespoons of ghee and mix well. Now add a little bit of heated and cooled milk and mix well like chapati dough and set aside.


Now put a bowl on the stove for caramel and boil it with a cup of water and a cup of sugar. While the caramel is being prepared, add the cinnamon powder. Once the caramel is ready, turn off the stove and set the caramel aside.


Now take the pre-mixed wheat flour mixture and roll it into a Gulab jam. Now put the pan on the stove for Dhee Phi and heat enough oil in it for Dhee Phi. Heat oil and add rose jam and fry on low flame.



Add the fried jams to the caramel and soak for an hour. Serve the Gulab jams an hour after the Gulab jam is well absorbed. And the most delicious wheat Gulab jams are ready.
