Moonlighting is a hot topic in the indian tech industry, on the one hand, startup companies are supporting it in a big way but as usual leading and big IT service companies of the country who don't like new changes are strongly opposing it. Due to the excessive demand in the IT service market during the Corona period, freelance and contract rather than companies. The number of jobs and part-time opportunities that came in was high.
