According to the information, the technicians who maintain the company's aircraft have gone on leave to delhi and hyderabad during the last two days in protest against the low wages. In this matter, sources said that during the last two days, many indigo technicians have gone on leave mentioning illness so that no disciplinary action can be taken due to protest against low wages. However, indigo has not yet given any satisfactory answer in this matter.

Significantly, on July 2 this month, about 55 percent of IndiGo's domestic flights were delayed as a large number of crew members took leave noting ill health. Aviation industry sources had said that these personnel had gone to join air India's recruitment drive.
