M.K. Stalin inaugurated
506 newly constructed houses across six Sri Lankan tamil rehabilitation camps yesterday. These houses were built at a total cost of
₹33.76 crore, under the joint supervision of the Public and Rehabilitation Departments.
Locations of the New Housing ProjectsThe new housing units have been constructed in the districts of:
- Thiruvallur
- Ranipet
- Tirupathur
These projects aim to provide
secure, dignified, and long-term housing for Sri Lankan tamil refugees residing in the state.
