“Let Us Eradicate Religious Extremism; Let Us Celebrate Mahatma Gandhi,” Says Chief Minister M.K. Stalin in X Post

Chennai: tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin has called upon the people to reject religious extremism and uphold the ideals of mahatma Gandhi. In a post shared on the social media platform X, the chief minister urged citizens to stand united in promoting harmony, peace, and Gandhian values.

Referring to the 74th anniversary of mahatma Gandhi’s martyrdom, stalin highlighted the timeless relevance of Gandhi’s principles of non-violence, tolerance, and communal harmony. He stressed that Gandhi’s life and sacrifice continue to serve as a guiding light for the nation, especially at a time when divisive ideologies threaten social unity.

In his message, the chief minister emphadata-sized the need to consciously eliminate hatred and religious fanaticism from society. He stated that honoring mahatma gandhi goes beyond remembrance and requires actively practicing his values in everyday life.

Stalin reaffirmed that tamil Nadu remains committed to the path of social justice, secularism, and inclusive development inspired by Gandhian philosophy. He urged people, particularly the younger generation, to embrace these ideals to strengthen democracy and preserve the nation’s moral foundations.
