Investigation of Ahmedabad plane crash intensified?!

The investigation of the ahmedabad plane crash has been handed over to the Aircraft accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB). AAIB has formed a multi-disciplinary team for the investigation. As per international protocol, the team formed is headed by DG AAIB. In this case, both the black box and the handling cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and flight data recorder (FDR) have been recovered. The CVR was recovered from the roof of the building at the accident site on june 13, 2025. At the same time, the FDR was recovered from the debris on june 16, 2025. Standard operating procedures were laid down for their safe handling, storage, and transportation.Now the AAIB has submitted its preliminary report to the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
A week after the death of 270 people in the air india plane crash in ahmedabad, 215 dead have been identified through dna matching. 198 bodies have been handed over to their families. Medical Superintendent of ahmedabad Civil Hospital, Dr Rakesh Joshi, said that among the 198 bodies handed over, 149 are Indians, 32 are British, seven are Portuguese, and one is Canadian. The 198 bodies also include the bodies of seven people who died on the ground.
