Speaking on this, Ukrainian President Zelensky said, "Ukraine has not been invited to participate in the talks in Saudi Arabia. Any talks without Ukrainian officials will not be fruitful. We will not accept the decisions made in the talks." This raises the question of whether ukraine will accept any decision regarding the ceasefire if US and Russian officials talk today.
