All Eyes On This Romantic Crime Comedy
After viewing the teaser for yami gautam and Pratik Gandhi's romantic comedy dhoom Dhaam, the impression that is left is one of average yet hopeful. It centers on the tale of an arranged marriage between two complete opposites. Koyal, portrayed by Yami, is an extrovert who lacks composure. Pratik's character, Dr. Veer, on the other hand, appears to be cool and peaceful as he attempts to find happiness in his life.
Throughout the teaser, there are moments of action and humor as the couple deals with criminals after their wedding night takes a drastic turn. Both of these actors provide very promising performances throughout the movie, despite the premise appearing to be mediocre at best. The movie may not perform well on OTT if the narrative ultimately out to be pointless.
But with Pratik Gandhi's comedic timing and Yami's flawless on-screen persona, the performances might redeem this movie. On february 14th, Valentine's Day, the romantic joy ride will take over Netflix. Although the movie appears to be in decent shape, only time will tell if it will succeed in every way or end up being just another lackluster romantic comedy. Stay tuned for more updates.
