It will be declared that Kulkarni is a Mahamandaleshwar. Monks who have given up material pleasures and committed their lives to spirituality are given the title of Mahamandaleshwar. She was accepted into the Kinnar Akhara, which was established by Eunuchs and functions under the Juna Akhara, as she carried out the symbolic ceremony of Pind Daan, which is customarily conducted to honor deceased ancestors. At the Sangam, the revered meeting point of the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati rivers, mamta Kulkarni took a holy plunge.

Kinnar Akhara created Mahamandaleshwar by mamta Kulkarni.

The actress' initiation was verified by Kaushalya Nand Giri, a Mahamandaleshwar of the Kinnar Akhara who is also referred to as Tina Maa. "On friday, mamta Kulkarni gave her own Pind Daan performance along the Ganga's banks. She informed PTI that she would shortly be dedicated as a Mahamandaleshwar.

Kulkarni will get deeksha (initiation) from Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, the acharya Mahamandaleshwar of the Kinnar Akhara.

"Kinnar Akhada is going to make mamta Kulkarni a Mahamandaleshwar," Tripathi stated in an interview with ANI. Shri Yamai mamta Nandgiri is her current name. For the past year and a half, she has been in contact with me and the Kinnar Akhada. Since we do not forbid anybody from pursuing their artistic endeavors, she is free to depict any religious figure if she so desires.
