Honda vehicles India income up 20% at 1,31,871 devices in 2024
honda cars india Ltd on wednesday reported a 20 per cent growth in total income at 1,31,871 devices in 2024 as compared to 1,10,143 gadgets in 2023.
domestic sales of the corporation stood at 68,650 devices final year as towards 84,289 devices in 2023, down 18.fifty five in line with cent. Exports jumped over two-fold in 2024 at 63,221 devices as towards 25,854 units in 2023, honda vehicles india Ltd (HCIL) said in a declaration.
The employer bought a complete of nine,460 units in december 2024 with domestic sales at five,603 units and exports at three,857 gadgets, it delivered. Commenting at the performance, HCIL vp, advertising and marketing & sales, Kunal Behl stated, "2024 became a blended bag for the industry. even as the domestic automobile market had challenges toward creating clean call for, HCIL recorded its highest ever exports in CY2024 largely pushed by using exports of our mid length SUV honda elevate." on the outlook, he stated, "With a newly released model (Amaze) and a robust commitment to the indian market, we sit up for welcoming a prosperous 2025."
Kunal Behl, vice president of marketing & sales at honda told news agency PTI, "2024 was a mixed bag for the industry. While the domestic car market had challenges towards creating fresh demand, HCIL recorded its highest ever exports in CY2024 largely driven by exports of our mid data-size SUV honda Elevate."
