This year, after Massoud Pezeshkian took office as the President of iran, the Iranian currency fell further. Meanwhile, when trump won the US presidential election, the value of the dollar against the rial fell to 7.03 lakh rials. It has now fallen to 7,77000. The interesting thing is that a year ago, this same riyal was worth 5,00,500 to the dollar. This alone explains how badly it has fallen in a year.
